The best time to remove leaves from your yard will be in the fall.
The problem with waiting for the spring is that all the leaves get saturated and matted down into your lawn over the winter months.
This makes it more challenging and requires more effort to get them cleaned up.
On top of that you can expect to pay more for the clean up in spring than you would if you did the leaf removal in the fall.
