2022 Lawn Care Prices In Syracuse
Although its January spring is just around the corner and we will be getting ready to start the mowing and spring clean ups.
So what can we expect in 2022 for lawn care prices?
Inflation
Just like everything else getting your lawn mowed is going to cost a bit more.
You can also expect to pay more for other services as well such as aerations, leaf clean-ups, mulching and other lawn care related services.
The cost of everything related to running a lawn care business has gone up significantly in the past several months.
Just to name a few things:
- Fuel for mowers and trucks
- Vehicles
- Mowers & equipment
- Insurance
- Labor
The rising prices of these things combined has risen substantially and both lawn care companies and customers will have to adjust.
Most companies try to hold down costs.
But some things are beyond our control.
A shortage of labor has forced lawn care companies to pay a higher wage in order to maintain existing employees.
The labor shortage has also contributed to the higher price of lawn care equipment.
There is a shortage of trucks as well causing the prices to skyrocket not just on new trucks but used ones as well.
Is the cost of my lawn care going up this year
Unfortunately the answer is yes.
The good news is we run with low overhead due to our small service area which benefits you the homeowner.
So for 2022 you can expect a minimal price increase for our services.
But don’t worry we always keep the customer in mind and only raise prices as needed!
